Warm Welcome to WSGF


The [83rd] has invited the folks from the Widescreen Gaming Forum to play Call of Duty 4 here with us on the servers on Saturday nights (though they are welcome any time of course). They probably won't be wearing any special "WSGF" tags but if they pop into TeamSpeak or drop by the forums, let's be sure to keep an eye out for them, show them around, and extend a warm welcome.

Outstanding Thunderbolt Award


The [83rd]Council is pleased to recognize [83rd]SMcRorey for his outstanding effort and contribution to the Thunderbolt community.

Mac has been a member for six months and has steadily grown into a leadership role in the community. He is one of our most active members on the servers and on the forum. He is viewed by many on Server #2 as the most visible member of the [83rd].

In his role as a Moderator he has been both highly available to the community and fair in handing out discipline on the servers. On the forums he has played an active role in keeping our public and private discussions alive and on track; his responses are well thought out and articulated.

Furthermore, [83rd]SMcRorey has been willing to assist the membership with signature creation given his animated graphics capabilities.

Mac has demonstrated his commitment to and representation of The Thunderbolt Code. The [83rd]Council is proud to grant the ribbon in recognition of his contributions.

Dear Supporters and would-be supporters,

We have recently had the passing of another month. If you are the type that likes to send in a little something each month, here is your reminder. grin.gif

Of course our awesome servers, our website, and our voice server is brought to you by our supporters.

Once this month's support has been tallied, I will present a proper list of those to thanked.

If you are new to the process, becoming a supporter is easy, just click the Thunderbolt poster on our front page. The poster will take you to our paypal page. If you prefer to send cash through the mail, a PM will get you the address.

Becoming a supporter gives you access to the private slot password. The enables you to join our servers even when they appear to be full. We keep a few private slots for when the supporters want to join. By becoming a supporter, you also become eligible for selection to the Mod Squad. The Mod Squad is a group of members who are also supporters, who help us to police our servers and recruit new members.

We wouldn't be anywhere without our supporters. Thank you again supporters! hug.gif
