It's now official folks!

The [83rd] is hereby switching its official voice server from TeamSpeak 2 to TeamSpeak 3.
IP: 69.90.119.175:9987
PW: thunderbolt

We have been hosting a TeamSpeak 3 beta server since it was launched, and so far, it appears that the majority prefers TS3 over TS2. Maybe it's the higher quality of sound? Or is it the lower latency? (Yes, it's noticeable!) Either way, it's a definite step forward, which we are taking.

We will still have our TS2 server up and running in case the TS3 server crashes. It looks like the TS3 server instability problems we were having a while ago have either disappeared (or have gone dormant). The TS2 server will continue to run on IP: 69.90.199.175:8767 PW: thunderbolt

Just a little update... It appears our dedicated server box got rebooted for some reason, so TS3, TS2 and B3 have been down for a while now... dazed.gif They're now back up and running. Sorry for the inconvenience. content.gif

Is the TS3 server back up? I tried connecting to it earlier but got an error.

Yes, it is online. You may need to get the latest client from TeamSpeak's website though.

Let me know if you still get an error after updating.

I'm not sure, I upgraded TS3 just a couple of weeks ago so I may have still been running build 8. I should be good to go from here on out.

just wanted to let you know that there is a new build (9931) out for TS3 so if you cant get in, be sure to update your client

Hey just wanted to say. I love the new teamspeak. The sound quality is WAAAAY better than TS2 and it's alot simpler to use. Just wanted to say that. Awesome.

Love the new sound quality.
I do have a problem with the TS3 client, my mic is acting up, The TS3 client seems to be my problem. Anyone know of a different client I could use? Tired teamspeax but it doesn't support TS3.
